100% email score on internet.nl

Business email hosting: professional email on your own domain
An email address on your own domain, like [email protected], builds trust. With Tandata email hosting you get professional mailboxes that reliably reach your customers — without having to configure anything technical yourself.
Why your own email hosting?
Free Gmail or Outlook addresses look less professional and give you no control over your domain. With business email hosting you manage all your addresses, aliases and forwarders yourself and keep email separate from your website.
Email that actually arrives
Do your emails land in spam? Often the email settings are wrong. Our mail servers score 100% on internet.nl: SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up correctly by default, and DNSSEC and DANE add extra security, improving the chance your mail reaches the inbox.
Protected against spam and viruses
Incoming mail is filtered by Warden against spam and viruses. All connections are encrypted with free SSL, and you use IMAP, POP3 and SMTP from Outlook, Apple Mail or your phone, or the webmail in your browser.
Choosing the right plan
Email Starter begins at just €1.25 per month. Need more mailboxes, storage or domains? Email Business or Pro grow with you. Want a website too? Have a look at our web hosting, which includes email as standard.
Switching and support
We migrate your existing mailboxes for free, including your old emails. Questions? Our support team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp, tickets and email — even at night.
