No. Your website stays online at your current host until everything is ready and tested with us. Only then do we switch over.
What do I need to switch?
The login details of your current hosting panel (or FTP and database) and of your mailboxes. We do the rest.
How long does a migration take?
Most websites are migrated within 1–2 days — weekends included, because we migrate every day. Large sites or many mailboxes may take a little longer.
I still have a running contract with my host. What now?
You can switch before your contract ends. Cancel your old package by its end date; we make sure everything is ready in time.
Can I transfer my domain name too?
