Do I get the full amount back?
You get back what you paid for your hosting plan. Costs for domain names, SSL certificates and third-party licences are not covered.
Does it also apply if I paid for 3 years?
Yes. With a 1- or 3-year term, the guarantee applies during the first 100 days after activation of your new hosting service.
Does it apply to renewals?
No. The guarantee applies to new hosting services, in the first 100 days after activation. With a renewal, your existing service simply continues.
What happens to my website and email?
After cancellation your hosting plan ends. So make a backup first or move your website and email. We’re happy to help.
